Dubai, it’s time to turn up the volume. Superstar DJ Eric Prydz is bringing HOLO to Expo City Dubai. The experience combines music with state-of-the-art visual effects. The event has taken place around the world, and is now coming to Dubai on 18 October.
HOLO has wowed audiences across the globe, and is making its debut in the Middle East. The concert is fittingly taking place in Expo City Arena – the innovative space aims to be a city of the future, and the event showcases innovative visual effects. HOLO combines 3D holographic projections, lasers, lighting and music to create a one-of-a-kind experience.
HOLO will be part of the closing show for GITEX GLOBAL 2024, which celebrates technology and music. The show’s line-up includes international DJs, although the full list of performers has not yet been confirmed.
Eric Prydz is the mastermind behind HOLO. The electronic DJ and producer hails from Taby, Sweden. His real name is Eric Sheridan Prydz and he is also known as Pryda and Cirzen D. He rose to fame with his hit single Call On Me, which was released in 2004 and peaked at number one in the UK Singles Chart. His singles also include Opus, Pjanoo and Proper Education. In 2017, he won DJ of the Year at the Electronic Music Awards.
Eric Prydz is no stranger to the UAE. He has previously performed in Dubai, and joined the first-ever Soho Garden Festival. Visitors can expect his signature style with electronic music combined with electro house and techno house. Plus, high-energy sets that get the crowd moving.
