Tiësto is known as the Godfather of EDM and is famous for his groundbreaking performances. Born Tijs Michiel Verwest, he hails from Breda, Netherlands. A true trailblazer of the global dance scene, Tiësto has dominated the main stages of every major international festival, selling over 36 million albums and racking up more than 11 billion streams.
He is a DJ and record producer and has been voted The Greatest DJ of All Time by Mix Magazine and Best DJ of the Last 20 Years by DJ Mag. He has redefined mainstream music, earning critical acclaim and millions of fans worldwide with hits like “Don’t Be Shy,” “Jackie Chan,” “The Business,” and “The Motto.”

DJ Tiësto is no stranger to the region. He’s repeatedly performed in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, wowing audiences with his energy and beats. His last performance in Dubai was at UNTOLD Festival in February 2024 and at the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in November 2023.
