Jared Leto’s Thirty Seconds to Mars is landing in Dubai 

The Oscar winning star is bringing his band to the city. 

The countdown is on. The American rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars have announced that they will be coming to Dubai. The concert takes place at Coca-Cola Arena Dubai on 12 December. Tickets are on sale now, and here’s how to get your hands on them. 

Thirty Seconds to Mars was formed in Los Angeles, California, and includes the brothers Jared and Shannon Leto. Jared is better known for his acting credentials, as he has starred in films including American Psycho and House of Gucci. In 2014 he won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Dallas Buyers Club.

When Jared isn’t starring onscreen, he is onstage playing to adoring fans. He is the lead vocalist and plays the guitar, bass and keyboards, and Shannon plays the drums and percussion. Over the years, the line-up has changed, but the duo has been the consistent members.

Thirty Seconds to Mars are famous for their alternative rock sound. The songs include A Beautiful Lie, Closer to the Edge and The Kill. The band have sold more than 15 million albums, and toured the world and headlined festivals.

The upcoming tour coincides with their sixth studio album, It’s The End Of The World But It’s A Beautiful Day. The album brings together themes of optimism, celebration and vulnerability, and aims to create inspiring songs for the audience. Plus, the show will include the songs Life is Beautiful, Midnight Prayer and Stuck.

Tickets to see Thirty Seconds to Mars in Dubai are available from 6 June at 1pm. Tickets start from AED 295.
