The two-day musical extravaganza will feature a stellar lineup of artists.
The line-up of R&B megastars performing in the region continues to expand, this time with news that Jason Derulo will return to Dubai.
Taking place on 30 November and 1 December, the Sundance Music Festival 2024 will take place at Soul Beach Dubai in JA Jebel Ali Beach Hotel. This year brings Jason Derulo as the headlining act, whereas many other artists will perform as part of the two-day musical extravaganza.
The first day of the Sundance Music Festival 2024 will see Flo Rida, Fat Joe, and Ja Rule set the stage on fire. Expect to dance to hits such as “Low,” “Whistle,” “My House,” “Good Feeling,” “All The Way,” “Lean Back,” “Mesmerize,” and “Always On Time.”
Miami-born rapper Flo Rida is renowned for his catchy lyrics. His songs have soundtracked countless summers, from the infectious “Low” featuring T-Pain to the anthemic “Right Round” with Ke$ha. Other hot hits include “Good Feeling,” “My House,” “Whistle” and “Wild Ones.”
Ja Rule is best known for his R&B and rap songs, and collaborations with famous faces. His collaborations include Always on Time with Ashanti, Between Me and You with Christina Milian, and Ain’t it Funny as well as I’m Real with Jennifer Lopez. Over Ja Rule’s career, he has sold more than 30 million records worldwide. Plus, he was involved in the controversial music festival, Fyre Festival, which was the subject of the Netflix documentary, Fyre: The Greatest Party that Never Happened.
The next day, Jason Derulo will headline the Sundance Music Festival 2024. Since breaking through with his five-times-platinum single Whatcha Say, Derulo has sold more than 200 million records worldwide. Releasing chart-topping hits like Talk Dirty, Wiggle and Swalla, his music has consistently set dance floors ablaze around the globe. With his smooth vocals, electrifying live shows and undeniable stage presence, Derulo has carved out a niche as one of the most recognisable stars in pop music.
Sean Kingston, Iyaz, and Yume wil perform the same evening. Sean Kingston was discovered on YouTube and went on to sign a record deal with Beluga Heights Records. In 2007, he released his debut single Beautiful Girls. The song combines reggae and R&B influences and was a hit around the world. Plus, the music video has notched up more than one billion views on YouTube. Iyaz will bring his hits, such as Replay and Solo, that are sure to get the crowd in a party mood.
While the Sundance Music Festival 2024 already features a powerful musical lineup, other acts have yet to be announced. Expect some local names to take the stage as well, promising a night of pure partying.
