Mixtape Dubai brings Gareth Gates, Melanie C, Peter Andre and S Club to the city
Get ready to relive the noughties at Bla Bla Dubai.
If iPods, Popworld and Heat magazine mean something to you, then you’ll be excited about Mixtape Dubai. Taking place at Bla Bla Dubai on Saturday, 2 November, the concert brings together the biggest names from the noughties. The line-up includes Gareth Gates, Melanie C, Peter Andre and S Club.
Celebrating their 25th anniversary, S Club will perform their greatest hits to Dubai, including ‘Bring It All Back,’ ‘Don’t Stop Movin’ and ‘Never Had a Dream Come True’. The group, known for their number-one singles and multi-platinum albums, will perform new songs while also honouring their enduring legacy, including a heartfelt tribute to the late Paul Cattermole.
Melanie C, formerly of the Spice Girls and now a celebrated solo artist, has become a pop legend. Known as Sporty Spice, she has achieved eleven UK number-one singles, making her one of the most influential music artists of the 90s. Her hit singles include ‘When You’re Gone’, a duet with Bryan Adams and ‘Never Be the Same Again’ featuring Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes.
Peter Andre adds to the nostalgia with his chart-topping hits Flava’ and ‘Mysterious Girl.’ His extensive career spans singing and reality TV appearances on ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here’ and ‘Strictly Come Dancing.’
With over 3 million records sold, Gareth Gates completes the line-up. He rose to fame on the first series of Pop Idol and released the chart-topping single “Unchained Melody” before starring in West End productions like “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” and “Les Miserables.”
Tickets for Mixtape Dubai go on sale from 28 June, priced at AED 245 (general admission and AED 545 (VIP). VIP ticket holders will enjoy an enhanced festival experience, including access to a designated VIP area, private bars, and close-up views of the performances.
