25 Jump Street leaps into Dubai’s entertainment scene

Dubai’s first licensed street will feature multiple dining and nightlife concepts.

Dubai’s dining and nightlife scene is constantly evolving. And the cooler months mean new openings and more places to explore. This time around, it’s not just one concept making its way to the emirate — it’s an entire street. 25 Jump Street promises a selection of dining, nightlife and entertainment concepts that are sure to make it the newest go-to spot in the city.

Located in One Central Dubai, behind 25hours Hotel One Central, 25 Jump Street is backed by 7 Seven Management. Once launched, this licensed street is expected to host events all year round, along with multiple creative concepts.

The announcement was shared by 7 Management CEO and founder, Rabih Fakhreddine on social media. “We are bringing Dubai’s first licensed street to life, a vibrant new district in One Central Dubai,” he said. “This urban lifestyle collective will be a hub of eclectic dining, nightlife, and entertainment concepts, with year-round events crafted for both residents and visitors.”

Formerly known as East Park, details of the concepts making their way to 25 Jump Street are currently under wraps. However, with 7 Management backing the likes of Bagatelle, Em Sherif, February 30, Limonata, Seven Sisters, and many more, this venue is sure to bring some exciting new spots to Dubai.

Likewise, the opening date of 25 Jump Street hasn’t been unveiled either, but with the chilly season having kicked off in Dubai, this place is guaranteed to be buzzing in no time.
