In a groundbreaking move that redefines Dubai’s nightlife and dining scene, 25 Jump Street, situated in the heart of the Central Business District, is set to be the city’s first licensed street. Located just behind 25hours Hotel One Central, this vibrant destination is expected to host events all year round, along with multiple creative concepts.
The concept of 25 Jump Street has been brought to life by 7 Management in partnership with Ennismore. Spanning 12 uniquely curated concepts, 25 Jump Street offers a diverse mix of dining and mixology experiences, catering to a variety of tastes and budgets. From casual eateries to high-end venues, the street has something for everyone. Its seamless and thoughtfully designed layout invites guests to explore multiple venues effortlessly. In addition to popular concepts by 7 Management and Ennismore, the street will also feature celebrated homegrown and international brands, creating a vibrant and eclectic mix of offerings.

Formerly known as East Park, details of the concepts making their way to Dubai’s first licensed street are currently under wraps.
