Dine among peacocks at the pretty pop-up.

Dubai, there’s a new steak spot in town. Located in Emirates Towers, 71 Steak and Grill celebrates wood fire grilling. So, if you love everything from T-bone to ribs, here’s what you need to know.

Head Chef Brando Moros is at the helm of 71 Steak and Grill. The Colombian chef has created a menu that showcases open fire cooking. He has drawn inspiration from his father, who was an artist and singer.

In 71 Steak and Grill’s kitchen, there is no gas or electricity, and every dish is created by the flame. The menu spans four sections: from the land, from the sea, from the garden and sweets. The highlights include the Sticky Lamb Ribs, which are Asian style with mint and spring Onions, and the Spiced T-bone steak, which is an Australian black Angus short loin.

The seafood includes Coffee Spiced Steak, Grilled Sea Bass and Smoked Octopus. The vegetarian dishes include Baby potatoes, Clay Hummus and Smoked Truffle Burrata. The desserts include Alfajor’s biscuit with cashew cream; I Scream Madness’ caramel chocolate brownie; and Grilled Peach’s caramel flan.

Brando explains: “Launching 71 Steak and Grill Emirates Towers is not just about introducing a restaurant; it’s the ignition of a culinary journey where flames dance with flavours, and every dish becomes a canvas of creativity. The menu is a testament to the artistry of fire dining, and every bite tells a story of innovation and tradition.”
