Enjoy a mix of Armenian and Lebanese food in the new restaurant.
J1 Beach looks set to be a dining destination. The luxurious beachfront will welcome homegrown and international concepts. Now, Almayass By The Sea has announced that it will open in October.
Almayass By The Sea is an extension of the brand, Almayass. The restaurant showcases a mix of Lebanese and Armenian cuisine. The team draws inspiration from cultural culinary traditions, and the dishes are created from recipes that have been passed down through generations. The menu is designed for sharing and spans mezze-style dishes to fresh seafood.
Almayass By The Sea aims to create a warm and welcoming space. The design includes shades of brown and white tables, floors and counters, which are punctuated by red seats and walls. The textures range from natural woods to glass, with statement light features. Take your pick from indoor and outdoor seating, and the floor-to-ceiling windows open up to make the space feel bigger and brighter.
Addmind is behind Almayass By The Sea. The lifestyle, hospitality, and entertainment group owns a portfolio of restaurants, bars, lounges, beach clubs, and hotels. The company oversees Alma Bar, Bazaar, Babylon, Bar Du Port, CLAP, Iris, Leña Dubai, Sucre, and the soon-to-open Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour Experience.
The other concepts coming to J1 Beach include world-class restaurants from London, Miami, New York, Paris, and Tulum. At its heart will be Sirene by GAIA, curated by Dubai’s own Chef Izu Ani. Upon completion, it will be the world’s largest beach club.
