Argianos and Slapsy promise an AI-inspired dining experience in Dubai

Both new concepts are located in Conrad Dubai.

Dubai is gearing up for the busy season with a lineup of exciting openings around town. And if you’re looking for the next new spot to hit, we’ve got just the news for you. Conrad Dubai is bringing two new dining concepts to the city’s ever-evolving restaurant scene. Gear up to welcome Argianos and Slapsy.

Located inside Conrad Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road, Argianos promises a blend of French-Italian cuisine. Stepping inside this restaurant, you’ll immediately be taken aback by the European interiors with a modern kick. With tables dressed in white linen and green leather chairs, you’re in for a treat. For a more intimate experience, the private dining area can be booked as well so you can enjoy the company of your loved ones with good food.

The menu at Argianos is created by Alessandro Bertinetti. Paying homage to Italian and French traditions, expect a wide array of dishes, all inspired by the Maritime Alps and the Mediterranean. Some of the items on the menu to look forward to include Ravioli alla Norma, Shrimp Linguine, Gnocchi al Pomodoro e Basilico and much more.

Next up is Slapsy, which is located adjacent to Argianos. This nightlife concept brings old-school Hollywood to Dubai. Reminiscent of a 1950s Los Angeles nightclub, Slapsy Maxie’s, this venue offers live performances and a selection of curated cocktails such as the Caramalised Peach Bellini, Slapsy Punch and other celebrity favourites.

What sets Argianos and Slapsy apart from other concepts in Dubai is its use of AI-generated visuals. Once at the venue, you’ll be able to see 3D projections that add to your dining or nightlife experience, promising to tantalise all your senses.
