The viral cookie concept is getting a permanent address in the UAE this year.

The United Arab Emirates is known for being a foodie paradise, so it’s no surprise that one of Australia’s sweetest spots is gearing up to land on UAE soil. Say hello to Brooki Bakehouse, which will soon find a permanent address in the emirates.

Speaking to Smashi Business at the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival, Brooke Bellamy — founder of Brooki Bakehouse — shared her expansion plans to the UAE. She shared that she’s currently in talks to franchise the brand and have a permanent address in the UAE later this year.

Brooki Bakehouse made its UAE debut as a pop-up at Abu Dhabi’s MOTN festival last year and quickly became a hit. Lines of eager cookie lovers, including FACT Editor-in-Chief David Tapley, were seen waiting for hours to snag a box of these treats. The overwhelmingly positive response made it clear that the UAE was ready for Brooki Bakehouse to stick around.

Brooki Bakehouse was founded in 2022 as a delivery-only business, serving freshly baked treats right to your doorstep. Before launching the business, Brooke travelled the world, exploring bakeries everywhere to gather the best ideas and flavours to bring to life in her own shop. Now, her business is thriving, with two branches in Australia and a third one to follow. As the brand gears up for the Middle East debut — and likely one in the United Kingdom — the future looks sweet for Brooki Bakehouse. 

Brooki Bakehouse is known for its chunky, New York-style cookies with a variety of delicious flavours. The signature offerings include the NYC Cookie (dark chocolate and walnut), Milk Choc Hazelnut (injected with Nutella), Cookie Butter (injected with Biscoff), Red Velvet and Double Chocolate. They also offer seasonal and limited-edition flavours.

So if you’re a local who grabbed a piece of Brooki at MOTN, someone who couldn’t snag a bite at Abu Dhabi, or an OG Brooki-lover from Australia, Brooki Bakehouse’s upcoming outpost is where you ought to be.
