The homegrown brand expands to Museum of the Future.
FACT loves homegrown brands. So, we were excited to see that one of Dubai’s much-loved burger brands is expanding in the city. SALT is opening a new venue at Museum of the Future, SALT AT THE MUSEUM. The restaurant will offer the signature menu as well as exclusive items.
SALT AT THE MUSEUM will welcome chefs and create cool collaborations. Running from April to June, it will showcase regional talent. The concept will collaborate with the Dubai-based chef and restaurateur Akmal Anuar. He is behind some of the city’s most popular and internationally acclaimed restaurants. He has been working in the food industry for more than 20 years across the world, from Singapore to the Middle East. He is also behind FACT Dining Award Dubai winning concepts, and gained one MICHELIN Star for 11 Woodfire.
Chef Akmal Anuar explained: “This is such an incredible new concept, taking two iconic Dubai names and creating something new, and I’m delighted to be a part of it. The objective for my menu items was to exceed expectations and honour the roots of SALT, but to add a playful and elevated twist to suit the location.
“This will be an entirely new concept for SALT, and the dishes need to feel fresh and inventive. I have created something aligned with the Museum of the Future and showcase what brings out the best in me and SALT.’
SALT AT THE MUSEUM is open now at the Museum of the Future.
