Dubai is a hub for restaurants from around the world. Now, it has welcomed Birch from St Petersburg, Russia. Located in The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, it prides itself on offering an international menu.

Chef Arslan Berdiyev is the brainchild behind Birch. He wanted to create a restaurant that was not tied to a specific cuisine or geographic location. In 2017, he opened Birch in St Petersburg, and now the second venue has opened in Dubai. On Instagram, the team shared: “We are excited to announce that our new restaurant, Birch Dubai, will be opening its doors on 10 February.”
