Chef Reif Othman joins Soul Collective DXB to support Gaza

For the last 40 days, people in Dubai have been going above and beyond to help those in Gaza, in whatever way possible. And now, there’s yet another chance to lend a helping hand. Dubai’s very own, Chef Reif Othman is joining forces with Soul Collective DXB for a heartwarming event as part of the ongoing Gather For Gaza initiative. 

This dining experience offers a sharing-style menu combining the best dishes from Reif Japanese Kushiyaki and Hoe Lee Kow. Indulge in some delicious Maguru Trio Nigiri, Akami Caviar, Love Reif, HLK Chicken and a lot more — all under one roof. This dining experience, set to take place at Hoe Lee Kow in Dubai Hills Business Park on 20 November, promises an evening of culinary excellence and goodwill.

The brain — and heart — behind this fabulous affair is one other than Soul Collective DXB, a group of chefs, restaurateurs, and creative minds who’ve come together to support the people of Palestine. It’s not just a dinner, it’s a gesture of solidarity and compassion.

Wondering how to be a part of this event? Tickets start from AED 500 and go up to AED 1,000. Each ticket grants you equal access to the event regardless of the price. Sales will be donated entirely to the Little Wings Foundation in collaboration with Al Jalila Foundation. That means you get to enjoy a meal while making a difference in the lives of children in Gaza.
