As we embrace the onset of the new year and bid farewell to a month of festive indulgence, The Crossing at The H Hotel has introduced its Veganuary menu. Executive Chef Jitin Joshi has curated an 11-dish vegan tasting menu featuring Patti Chaat (tempura shiso leaf with chutneys), Kaddu Thoran (roasted squash with burnt broccoli and chilli coconut), Hara Bhara Kofta (kale and lentil dumpling served with macadamia korma) and Tandoori Ananas (pineapple with basil and passion fruit).
