Dining Duets is a limited-time series pairing Dubai’s top culinary talents. Each event features two chefs joining forces to create a bespoke, collaborative menu highlighting their unique styles while showcasing their combined expertise. 

Dining Duets

Kicking off on 10 October is the dynamic duo of Chef Lily Hoa Nguyen of Vietnamese Foodies and Chef Reif Othman of Hoe Lee Kow. Taking place at Hoe Lee Kow in Dubai Hills Business Park, with limited seating, this is one event that you won’t want to miss.

As part of this initiation, you will enjoy eight carefully curated dishes. Start with a welcome drink of Pineapple Kombucha Aperitif by Chef Lily and then move on to the appetisers such as Seafood Yukhoe with Fermented Chili Sweet Soy and Manchego Cheese, Trio Rice Paper Rolls, Duck Tataki with Coriander Pesto and Fish Sauce Garlic Yuja Oil and Grilled Duck Sausages with Lemongrass in Chapo Leaves and Plum Sauce. For the mains, indulge in Baked Black Cod with Creamy Soy or the Wagyu Beef Pho Noodle Soup. Wrap it up with Mango Chili Fondant with Black Glutinous Rice Ice Cream and Che Khuc Bach.

Dining Duets

Chef Lily and Chef Reif will be serving up this delicious menu for one night only, however, you can choose to dine at 7pm, 8pm or 9pm — with each option offering two hours of gastronomic delights. Tickets for Dining Duets are on sale now and start at AED 328 per person for food only. If you’d like to enjoy a selection of drinks, an optional package of additional AED 168 is also available that lets you enjoy two cocktails and three types of wines.

The Dining Duets series will be held bi-monthly. It will showcase a lineup of acclaimed chefs, collaborating with Chef Lily Hoa Nguyen.
