This new restaurant is located in Downtown Dubai.

2024 has already seen countless restaurants opening across Dubai from The Lana, Dorchester Collection to The Link. Now, a new dining destination has popped up promising to take diners on a journey to Georgia. Nestled in Dunya Tower, just behind Address Dubai Mall, Qartuli invites guests to savour the true essence of Georgian culture through its authentic cuisine and warm hospitality.

Founded by two passionate Georgian women, Nino Chantladze and Mariam Shevardnadze, Qartuli is a cultural haven where guests can immerse themselves in the heritage and traditions of Georgia. As you step inside, you’ll be transported to a traditional Georgian home with vintage decor reminiscent of the 19th and 20th centuries. Antique cutlery, glasses, and mismatched plates adorn the space, creating a nostalgic yet inviting atmosphere.

The menu at Qartuli boasts a plethora of authentic Georgian dishes. From Khinkali — juicy dumplings filled with a choice of beef, lamb, mushrooms, potato, or cheese — to Khachapuri — an oven-baked dough stuffed with Sulguni and Imeretian cheese — every dish tells a story of homely traditions and cherished recipes passed down through generations.

Other tempting delights include Lobio, Salmon in Kindzmari sauce, Georgian-style kebabs, Chicken Shashlik, and much more. Cheese lovers rejoice because Qartuli makes its own real Georgian cheese, ensuring that every dish is true to its roots and bursting with genuine flavour.
