A first for the cocktail bar, the ‘Ergo’s Kitchen’ series will kick off this month.
Chef collaborations are clearly a trend that’s here to stay, expanding the culinary horizons of both diners and dining institutions — and that’s why Ergo Cocktail Bar & Restaurant is back on our radar. It’s gearing up to launch its ‘Ergo Kitchen’ series that will showcase one chef each month. To begin, the venue has excited to announce its first episode, ‘Dîner Modern’ by French chef Junior Nadje at Ergo. Featuring his signature dishes, this highly anticipated Kitchen Dining Experience will take place on Saturday, 8 April from 7pm until 10pm.
Nadje will be the first to feature in ‘Ergo’s Kitchen’, bringing with him an impressive culinary background — he has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants across Paris, Monaco, London and Dubai. The chef’s passion for cooking has led him to create innovative dishes that are both visually stunning and incredibly flavourful, a combination that will be put front and centre at the upcoming event. ‘Dîner Modern’ will offer guests an immersive dining experience that blends traditional French cuisine with modern cooking techniques.
One of Nadje’s most popular dishes, the Red Cabbage Roasted with citrus fruits, has earned him critical acclaim. His masterpiece aside, this dining experience will also feature a range of other delicious dishes that he has carefully curated for Ergo’s Kitchen. On the roster? Snails & Mushrooms Skewers, the Chicory Salad with pine nuts and gorgonzola dressing, and the Korean-inspired Grilled Seabass with ssamjang paste and spinach cream. Each dish is a testament to the chef’s creativity and passion for cooking, making for the perfect start to Ergo’s new culinary venture.
Jimmy Barrat, the founder of Ergo, said: “We are excited to collaborate with Chef Junior Nadje and bring his culinary expertise to our guests. This Kitchen Dining Experience is a celebration of the best of French cuisine, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to showcase his signature dishes to the Ergo community.” Incidentally, Barrat himself is a bartending pioneer, so diners can expect expertly crafted drinks alongside said dishes.
