The Baikingu brunch takes place at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert.

Give your brunch an upgrade and check out the new Zuma brunch. Held at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, every Saturday, it showcases the restaurant’s signature Japanese izakaya dishes.

In 2002, Reiner Becker launched his first-ever restaurant, Zuma. In 2004, he gave it a culinary cousin, ROKA. Both of the restaurants opened in London, but the brands have spanned across the world. Today, Zuma can be found in Cannes, Doha, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, Miami, New York, Rome and, of course, the UAE. Plus, it has won more FACT Dining Awards than any other restaurant on record.
