The café is discreetly located in the heart of Al Qouz.

Something is brewing in Dubai’s café culture. Ferment Artistry Café has opened in Al Qouz. The new café is discreetly located, and is a super spot to sip the day away. So, if you’re looking for a hip hangout, here’s what you need to know.

Ferment Artistry Café is not easy to spot from the outside. The exterior includes shades of dark brown, grey and white, plus a large door, potted plants and a simple sign. When you enter the space, it is a vast warehouse with an industrial chic design and high ceilings.

The exposed bricks and flooring are decorated with a range of lights and textures. Features include soft seats, traditional carpets and wooden tables. Plus, the carpets add colour and come in pretty patterns.

Ferment Artistry Café has already proved popular on Instagram and with remote workers, and has created a cool community vibe. Visitors won’t be judged for spending the day here, as it’s common to see people on their headphones and laptops tapping away. Take your pick from leather sofas or reclining chairs. Plus, there is a cosy corner under the staircase where you can settle.
