Located in Dubai Opera, the fine dining restaurant opens in March.

Dubai Opera is famous for welcoming world-class acts, from dancers to DJs. Now, it is set to welcome a new fine dining restaurant, Bisou. Created by the hospitality group MetaFoodies Restaurants Management, it is scheduled to open in March.

Bisou means kiss in French and the logo includes lips. The menu combines French classics with Middle Eastern influences. Plus, the concept celebrates French literature, and the spirit as well as stories from the country.

Bisou in Dubai will boast a fittingly theatrical interior. Designed by the Interior Architect Tristan Du Plessis, the restaurant has an old-world glamour. The interiors include shimmering chandeliers that look like they are floating, and large-scale sculptures that look like they’ve come from the Vatican.
