An Eastern European restaurant is coming to SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences

Located on the 74th floor, Tamada will boast Insta-worthy views.

If you’re looking for a dining experience with a difference, put Tamada on your radar. The new restaurant is showcasing Eastern European cuisine, and it is opening in SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences. Located on the 74th floor of the sky-high hotel, here’s what to expect from the new concept.  

In Georgian, tamada refers to a toastmaster at a feast or a wedding. The tagline for Tamada in SLS Dubai states: “Where dark mystery meets cosy familiarity”. The menu will be influenced by Eastern Europe and will include dishes ranging from caviar to meat.

Tamada in SLS Dubai has been created by 7 Management, which is the same team behind The FACT Award-winning February 30, Lucias, Seven Sisters and The Theater. The group have been working with Ennismore on the new restaurant.

While we don’t yet know what the décor will be like in Tamada in SLS Dubai, we are expecting it to boast floor-to-ceiling windows and Insta-worthy views of Dubai. Architect and designer, Laleh Amir Assefi, is behind the interiors. She has previously designed Maison Russe in Paris, and Club Chinois in Ibiza.

Tamada’s vivacity finds its roots in a rich tapestry of generational and cultural coexistence, manifesting itself eloquently through our gastronomy, wine, and melodic symphonies,” said Rabih Fakhreddine, CEO and Founder of 7 Management.

SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is also home to a range of restaurants. Fi’lia Dubai is a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand restaurant, which serves Italian food; Carna by Dario Cecchini Dubai is a contemporary steakhouse; and Smoke & Mirrors Dubai is a glamorous spekeasy with old-school touches.
