Opening in January 2024, Gigi Rigolatto in Dubai will be located in J1 Beach Jumeirah.
Dubai, there’s a new Italian restaurant coming to the city. Set to open in January 2024, Gigi Rigolatto will be located in J1 Beach Jumeirah. Curated by the French hospitality group, Paris Society International, it aims to be a sophisticated sanctuary.
Gigi Rigolatto draws inspiration from Milan and la dolce vita – aka the sweet life. Spanning more than 5,000 square meters, the space has been designed by the French Mexican architect Hugo Toro. The venue includes an indoor restaurant, two outdoor terraces, a Bellini bar, a pétanque court, and a concept store with curated items.
Gigi Rigolatto in Dubai will be home to a Mediterranean-themed garden with foliage, a private beach, a pool and four private cabanas. Plus, it will be a family-friendly place, as it will boast Gigi Circus – a dedicated play area for children.
Brian Bendix, CEO of Paris Society International, explained: “Dubai epitomises the essence of luxury experiences and is truly becoming an epicentre of extraordinary hospitality. Gigi Rigolatto sets itself aside through its rich story, its domestic soul and its understated sophistication, seamlessly intertwining lush foliage with the glistening expanse of Jumeirah’s pristine white sands. In the Dubai world of luxury in abundance, Gigi Rigolatto brings more natural roots, cultural colour and a playful environment with great honest coastal Italian food and charismatic service to the table”.
Established in 2008 by Laurent de Gourcuff, Paris Society oversees more than 70 venues. In 2021, the group established Paris Society International, which is a global division in Dubai. Check in with FACT for the latest details.
