The new restaurant opens on 27 January.
Get yourself to the Greek. A new Greek restaurant, Ilios, is coming to Palm Jumeirah. Located on Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah, the venue opens on 27 January. So, if you’re after a (plate) smashing time, here’s what you need to know.
In Greek, Ilios means the sun and sunlight and refers to the powerful Greek god Ilus. Ilios is a high-end restaurant, which combines Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Open for lunch and dinner, the team pride themselves on delivering culinary excellence.
Ilios’ menu boasts high-end, premium ingredients, which are presented in a pretty way. Diners can dig into traditional dishes and sharing-style plates. The concept draws its inspiration from authentic Greek flavours, which are inspired by the streets of Athens and the serenity of Mykonos.
Ilios comes alive in the evening with entertainment. Guests can enjoy live music, and the spirit of traditional Greek celebrations – plate smashing, anyone? The venue will sit at the top of Radisson Beach Resort, and offers 360-degree views of Dubai. Plus, in the future, the venue will host a Saturday brunch and Santorini Sessions.
Located on Palm West Beach, Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah is home to 389 rooms and suites. The hotel boasts a range of restaurants and bars, which are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The options include the modern bakery, Almaro Café; Caribbean restaurant, Black Flamingo; Latin-inspired restaurant, Esco-bar; all-day dining spot, Wane Palm Lounge; and beach club, Wane Beach Club.
