Bulldozer Group is behind the new South Italian concept.
A touch of the Amalfi Coast is heading to Dubai. La Baia will open on J1 Beach, and embodies the spirit of the Southern Italian Riviera. Opening in September, it will offer a luxurious escape from the city.
La Baia invites guests to indulge in the art of la dolce vita. Guests can expect Southern Italian-inspired food, alongside entertainment and Insta-worthy views. The menu is a celebration of the flavours and traditions of the region. Plus, dishes are given opulent additions with black caviar and truffle, which are incorporated on the likes of burrata and pizzas.
The Crudo Bar features a fresh seafood selection including scampi, oysters, and red shrimp carabineros. The menu includes artisanal pasta and pizzas, and the Dessert Room options range from Caprese Chocolate Cake to Neapolitan Rum Baba.
The Sgroppino show at La Baia turns cocktail-making into a theatrical event. This display combines tradition with Instagram-worthy showmanship. The drinks menu will feature a curated selection of wine from Tuscany, Maremma, and Montalcino. The list also features wines from Provence, Santorini, and Rías Baixas. Plus, live music bands and DJs will add to the atmosphere and take it from day to night.
The UAE’s Bulldozer Group is behind La Baia. The group is also behind concepts including Dragonfly Dubai and Frou Frou at the soon-to-open The Lana Promenade. Dragonfly Dubai combines Japanese flavours with Pan-Asian cuisine. Frou Frou draws inspiration from the joie de vivre of Paris.
