The new restaurant will open in The Opus by Omniyat.
Dubai is a world-class dining destination, and home to local as well as international concepts. Now, it is set to welcome a new restaurant. Maison Dali will celebrate food from the Basque Country. Located in The Opus by Omniyat, the restaurant will open in December.
The name Maison Dali is a nod to the Spanish artist Salvador Dali, and maison means home in French. So far, the group has created an Instagram account that teases diners about what they can expect. The promotional image includes an eye looking through a keyhole, and it is created in a fittingly surrealist way.
The renders of Maison Dali showcase a swanky, sultry spot. The image includes red-hot walls, sofas, chairs and carpets. Plus, Dali-inspired images can be found on the wall, which include people with his iconic moustache.
Culinary Arts Group will bring a range of restaurants to Dubai. The group will open Revolver and Hamamoto in The Opus by Omniyat. Revolver offers innovative Indian food, and will be four times larger than the original venue in Singapore. Hamamoto offers a fine dining, omakase experience, which combines the art of sushi with kaiseki.
Culinary Arts Group’s director, Tristin Farmer, is no stranger to the region. He was previously the Chef Patron at Marina Social in Dubai. He also worked at the three MICHELIN-starred restaurant, Zen, in Singapore. Now, he has confirmed that he will return to Dubai with his own restaurant.
