NAHATÉ Dubai sparkles with luxurious collaborations
The restaurant is partnering with Baccarat and Jacob & Co.
Dubai is home to world-class dining concepts. Now, it’s set to welcome NAHATÉ Dubai. Located in DIFC, it will include a restaurant and club at the Podium Level. The experience is set to sparkle, thanks to its unique collaboration with the French crystal brand, Baccarat, and the luxury watchmaker, Jacob & Co.
NAHATÉ translates to home, and the venue aims to be a glamorous Gatsby-esque place. Sam Florentsev and Jenya Makeeva are behind the concept, and want guests to feel like they are stepping into their friend’s swanky home. Spanning more than 1,100 square metres, it includes a large kitchen, dining area and two private rooms. By day and during the week, it is a fine dining restaurant. On weekends, it transforms into a nightclub.
NAHATÉ Dubai will also be home to the world’s first J&Co cigar lounge and Baccarat Chef’s table. The J&Co cigar lounge has been created with Jacob & Co. The lounge will host private parties for famous faces. The Baccarat Chef’s table has been co-created with the iconic French crystal brand. The experience features a set menu and bespoke desserts. Plus, the Chief Mixologist and Bar Ambassador, Andrey Bolshakov, has crafted four cocktails, which will be served in crystal glasses, naturally.
At NAHATÉ Dubai, the food is described as modern nomad cuisine, which resembles family cooking. The menu will also include vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, which have been made in the no-waste kitchen. At the helm of the kitchen are Executive Chef Daniel Baratier, and chef-pâtissier Yazid Ichemrahen.
