Nightjar Craft Beverage Co will launch in early 2025.
Nightjar has coffee so good, it’s worth travelling halfway across town. The café has venues in Alserkal Avenue and City Walk, and is now expanding with craft beverages. So, if you want to support a local business, here’s what you need to know.
In 2017, Nightjar was created by the Dubai-born Leon Surynt. The original venue opened in Alserkal Avenue, and it later expanded to City Walk. Over the years, it has gained critical and commercial success, and it is a multiple FACT Dining Award Dubai winner for ‘Best Cafe in Dubai.’ Now, it is expanding with Nightjar Craft Beverage Co, which is expected to launch in early 2025.
Leon Surynt explained: “I am super excited to announce that we are not just brewing coffee anymore and ready to launch the next phase of Nightjar’s future with craft beverages. Earlier this year we acquired the Cols Brew Cold Brew brand and production facility. After months of planning, facility upgrades, RTD research, branding and development, we’re officially up and running.
“We’re diving into a world of bespoke ready-to-drink beverages: cold brews, nitro, carbonated creations, and functional drinks that’ll surprise and inspire you. It’s not just about drinks, it’s about doing it right. From sourcing to production, we’re doubling down on sustainability, pushing a few boundaries, and staying true to the craft.”
The Nightjar team credits Dubai as being their testing ground and aims to build a creative ecosystem. The full line-up of beverages has not yet been confirmed.
