Check out the 10-course Culinary Voyage menu.

Dubai is filled with MICHELIN-starred restaurants. A FACT Dining Award Dubai winner is Ossiano in Atlantis, The Palm. Now, it has unveiled a new 10-course menu, Culinary Voyage.

Located at Atlantis, The Palm, Ossiano’s new menu has been created by Chef Grégoire Berger. He is one of the most innovative chefs in the region. He is used to culinary accolades and even featured in the top 100 in the Best Chef Awards.

The menu aims to take diners on an exploration and discovery of the coastal regions. It draws inspiration from the markets of Seville to the tranquil shores of Brittany and brings to life stories of navigators across the Atlantic Ocean.

The menu is presented with a compass. Dishes include a coral-shaped snack, which acts as a reminder of the connection between the sea and the ingredients. The highlights include a blue spirulina-coated meringue with Sicilian purple prawn tartare and a nori tartlet with dry-aged yellowtail and wasabi ice cream.

The menu also includes a Brittany squid with Latin American influences and Norwegian langoustine. Mains include Croque Monsieur, inspired by Brittany, and the Welsh lamb tagine with rose and mint.
