Pitfire Pizza and Miss Lily’s collaborate on limited-edition pizzas
Check out the creative combinations, from Braised Oxtail Pizza to Jerk Chicken Pizza.
FACT loves a food collaboration. So, we were excited to hear that the FACT award winning restaurants Pitfire Pizza and Miss Lily’s are joining forces for a limited time. Running between 23 to 25 April from 5pm onwards, the pair will create powerhouse pizzas and an unexpected dessert.
The cool creations will be available at Pitfire Pizza’s newly opened restaurant in Dubai Hills. Pitfire Pizza’s Michele Johnson and Miss Lily’s Chef Richie Richards have worked together, and the results draw inspiration from their respective concepts. We present to you, the Braised Oxtail Pizza and Jerk Chicken Pizza.
If you are less traditional when it comes to your pizza toppings, then you’re in a safe space. The Braised Oxtail Pizza is AED 75. The flavours include a three-cheese blend, pulled oxtail coated in gravy, green capsicum, and sweet caramelised onions. The Jerk Chicken Pizza is AED 65. The flavours include tangy tomato sauce, jerk sauce, pineapple, caramelised onions, and minced scotch bonnet.
Plus, Pitfire Pizza and Miss Lily’s collaboration will feature a delicious dessert in the form of the Scotch Bonnet Brownie, which costs AED 35. The chocolate chip cookie brownie is served with vanilla ice cream, and sprinkled with candied scotch bonnet for spice. And, if you want the full experience, order a Jamaican Red Stripe Beer or non-alcoholic Sorrel from Miss Lily’s menu.
Pitfire Pizza opened in 2014, and is popular for its New York meets Naples-style pizzas. The restaurant prides itself on its 72-hour artisan dough making process, and its slow-rise fermentation techniques. Miss Lily’s opened in 2016, and boasts a vibrant atmosphere and Caribbean-inspired dishes.
