The fun-filled space serves cakes and coffee.
If you love to smell of freshly baked goods, then we have some great news. Rascals Bakehouse is coming to Dubai. Located in Wasl Square, it is scheduled to open on 4 October, and here’s what you need to know.
On Instagram, Rascals Bakehouse has been teasing its customers with a playful post. The post shows a chef in a hat, smiling widely and with a thumbs up. The captions read “see you at the bakehouse” and “something is baking”.
Rascals Bakehouse will serve a range of baked goods, desserts, pastries and speciality coffee. If you suffer from food indecision, the counter showcases the creative concoctions. Guests can also watch the chefs at work in the kitchen, as they create pastries fresh from the oven. The drinks include an Arnold Palmer, Iced Tea, Lemon Vanilla Black, OJ, Strawberry Dream and V60.
Rascals Bakehouse boasts an old-school, classic design. The space includes a green tiled countertop, silver chairs, wooden tables and floor-to-ceiling windows. Take your pick from the indoor and outdoor seats. Look out for the bakery machines and artfully placed stacks of flour.
On the walls, quirky photographs in frames draw inspiration from the venue’s name. Plus, there is an industrial chic vibe with exposed piping and low-hanging spotlights.
Rascals Bakehouse has been created by the team behind the adjacent Rascals Deli. Founded by Ramez Mikhail, Talal Hizami, and Tarek Roumie, the homegrown success story is renowned for its fresh ingredients, creative takes on classic sandwiches, and inviting atmosphere.
Rascals Bakehouse in Dubai is open daily from 8.30am to 10.30pm.
