RIKAS Hospitality brings Eugene Eugene restaurant to Dubai

Head Chef Yannis Sgard is behind the menu.

Dubai, there’s a new restaurant coming to town. It’s so good, they named it twice: Eugene Eugene. Details are currently kept under wraps, but here’s what we know about RIKAS Hospitality Group’s latest concept.

The Head Chef of Eugene Eugene will be Chef Yannis Sgard. He has previously worked at Burj Al Arab, Four Seasons George V Paris, Lasserre Paris and Shargri-La Paris. He is currently the Chef de Cuisine at RIKAS Hospitality, and will be bringing his expertise to the new restaurant. 

Yannis shared: “I would like to officially announce that I will be starting a new position as Head Chef at Restaurant Eugene Eugene with RIKAS Group. It is with immense pride that I join this great group surrounded by great professionals and a very family spirit. 

Those who know very well how persistent and dedicated I am to my work. Can’t wait to present our menus. I would like to thank the Jumeirah team for helping me achieve this goal. Thank you for your trust in RIKAS.”

RIKAS is behind hospitality hits, which include Chez Wam, La Cantine du Faubourg, Kyma Beach Dubai, Ninive, Mimi Kakushi, TAGOMAGO, and Twiggy. So, if its previous concepts are anything to go by, this new venture is sure to be a hit.
