The Lana, Dorchester Collection in Dubai is a dining destination. The luxury hotel is home to a range of restaurants, and two of them are by the French Chef Jean Imbert. Rivieria is a fine-dining Mediterranean restaurant, and High Society is a luxury poolside lounge. Rivieria has now opened its doors, and here’s what to expect.
Located on the fourth floor, Riviera by Jean Imbert is flooded with lots of light and is now open. The design reflects the French Riviera and has botanical-inspired features. The space is decked in shades of blue, blush, sage and yellow.
Riviera by Jean Imbert offers indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor terrace stretches alongside Dubai Canal and offers views of the skyline. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The starters include Burrata and Pistacchio, Jacky’s Gazpacho with Mozzarella di Bufala, Toasted Focaccia with Green Beans, and Signature Tuna Tartare. The main dishes include Chef Jean Seabass in crust and choron sauce, Carabineros Spaghetti, and Ratatouille Tart with parmesan sable. Plus, the Riviera bar serves creative cocktails, wines and Vermouths, and Mediterranean bites.
Jean Imbert is also opening the rooftop lounge, High Society. The poolside concept is located on the highest level of The Lana, Dorchester Collection. Other restaurants in the hotel include the Basque restaurant, Jara by Martín Berasategui, Parisian restaurant, Bonbon Café; open-air Veranda with tapas and international cuisine; and The Gallery with afternoon tea and pasties. Plus, Txakolina offers everything from Cuban cigars to vinyl records, and Bitter Honey is a bar located in the lobby.
