Dubai is a world-class dining destination, and home to local as well as international concepts. Now, it is set to welcome a new restaurant from Singapore. The MICHELIN Starred restaurant, Hamamoto Dubai, is set to come to the city.

Culinary Arts Group is behind the expansion of Singapore’s Hamamoto to Dubai. According to reports, Hamamoto will be located in The Opus by Omniyat in Business Bay and is scheduled to open later this year.

The original Hamamoto is located on Tras Street, Singapore. The concept offers a fine-dining omakase experience that combines the art of sushi with kaiseki. Kyoto-born Kazuhiro Hamamoto heads the team and uses high-quality ingredients from Fukouka and Tokyo. The menu spans nigiri to nodoguro, and dishes include Crispy Unagi and Wagyu.

Culinary Arts Group will bring a range of restaurants to Dubai. The group will open Revolver and Maison Dali in The Opus by Omniyat. The name of Maison Dali is a nod to the Spanish artist, Salvador Dali, and it will showcase food from the Basque country. Revolver offers innovative Indian food, and will be four times larger than the original venue in Singapore.
