The homegrown concept is coming to the rooftop of Nakheel Mall.

Dubai, there’s a new homegrown restaurant heading to Palm Jumeirah. Three Cuts is opening on the rooftop of Nakheel Mall, and has been created by the father and son duo, Joe and Jason Bassili. And, as the name suggests, it will specialise in three cuts of meat.

If you struggle with long menus, you’ll be pleased to hear that Three Cuts keeps things simple yet sophisticated. The one-page menu takes you back to basics, and offers three cuts of meat: sirloin, tenderloin and ribeye. The chef’s selections ranges from Porterhouse steaks to Tomahawks. Plus, there is a raw bar with oysters, salmon tartare and more.

Three Cuts

Three Cuts brings together oak woodfire, high-quality ingredients and a relaxed yet refined experience. The bar aims to be a warm and welcoming space, and it will offer crafted cocktails and a soundtrack spanning disco, funk and soul.

At Three Cuts, the design oozes old world glamour. Diners can choose from indoor to outdoor seats. The terrace is surrounded by pretty plants, and can accommodate up to 100 guests. The interiors include shades of browns and greens, which are punctuated by golden accents. Plus, is a speakeasy tucked away, which includes a disco-inspired décor and resident DJ.

Three Cuts isn’t the only new restaurant heading to Nakheel Mall. The Lebanese restaurant Samakjé Harbor recently moved from The Pointe to the rooftop of the mall. Plus, other restaurants on the rooftop include Chez Wam, Leña, Soho Garden and Trésind Studio.

Three Cuts is scheduled to open in April. Check in with FACT for the latest things to do in Dubai.
