Located in The Club, it boasts a restaurant, bar and lounge.

If you’re daydreaming about an American holiday, then you’ll soon be able to catch those vibes in Dubai. Located on Palm West Beach, The 305 is a new beachside restaurant, bar and lounge. Drawing inspiration from Miami and Palm Springs, it opens on 19 October.

The 305 aims to be a charming, feel-good spot, which offers the ultimate daycation. Thanks to its location, we imagine that it will have Insta-worthy views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai Marina. Plus, guests will be able to dine poolside and enjoy a menu that celebrates the diversity of South Florida’s food scene.

The 305 will be located in The Club, which is packed with exciting concepts. The venue’s fashionable neighbours include Ayla, Eva Beach House, Playa Dubai, Ristorante Loren and SĀN Beach.

The 305 menu combines Spanish tapas with Greek cuisine and shines with its seafood dishes. Expect retro platters, creative cocktails by the glass or jug, and large pizzas to share. A happy hour runs on weekdays from 5pm to 7pm, and Ladies’ Days on Fridays from 9am. Plus, The 305 Blended is a collaboration with Blended Wellness, which includes pool and beach access, and a 60-minute massage.

The 305’s decor includes a muted palette with pops of colour. The Miami vibe includes a monochrome ceiling, terracotta touches and Wynwood-inspired wall murals. The playful pieces include roller blades, vintage telephones and a Mr Whippy machine.

Paul Evans, Co-Founder and CEO of Solutions Group, explained: “This is something totally different for us. It’s a bit of pop culture meets holiday lifestyle; one that adds a little pep in your step. Fun and flirty, we loved pulling it together. It pays homage to our best days – the ones that were light hearted and fun, with retro vibes and sophisticated finishes that make you want to stay all day. I’m really excited about The 305. Miami is one of my favourite places in the US, and this certainly lives up to its lifestyle hype.”

Solutions Leisure is one of Dubai’s leading hospitality brands, and if its previous hospitality hits are anything to go by, we’re expecting The 305 to be a success. The group’s ventures include Asia Asia, Baby Q, Karma Kafe, Lock Stock & Barrel, STK and Wavehouse.
