Located in Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa, the restaurant offers a bistro-like setting.

Dubai’s culinary scene — much like its skyline — is always evolving. Catering to palates of all kinds, the city has many options to explore. This time around, celebrated Chef Nick Alvis is bringing his flair to the emirate with a new concept called The Beam.

Located at the Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa in Dubai Marina, The Beam is a homegrown, bistro-like concept that is set to make waves thanks to its al fresco garden terrace setting. With lush greenery adjacent to a shoreline, you’re in for a delightful dining experience.

The Beam finds the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. Expect thoughtfully curated interiors with warm tones and textures to take up space at the restaurant. A solid wood bar sits on the terrace, designed to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor dining, ensuring a cosy vibe all year long. However, the highlight is the fresh seafood counter that presents the daily catch, adding a dash of excitement to the dining experience.

The Beam’s menu celebrates fresh and locally sourced products. Drawing inspiration from Europe’s most beloved traditional dishes, you’ll have plenty to indulge in. Details of what will grace the menu are currently under wraps, but with Chef Nick in the lead, you can expect deliciousness in every bite.

For those unversed, Chef Nick Alvis is no stranger to the UAE’s culinary landscape. In fact, he was one of the brains behind Dubai’s favourite, folly by Nick and Scott. In fact, The Beam is just the first of three concepts backed by the chef, and there will be more to open as the year progresses.

Slated to open in February 2025, this homegrown concept promises to bring a new layer of charm to Dubai’s dynamic dining landscape. And with a premium waterfront spot at Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa, diners are in for a memorable meal.
