Three Dubai chefs unite for a special six-hands dinner

This one-night-only event is exclusive to only 22 guests.

Dubai is home to several celebrity chefs, bringing a fusion of flavours from around the world. But when these culinary maestros come together, the result is an evening of extraordinary gastronomic delight. And now, three of the city’s finest chefs are joining hands to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience that promises to be a feast for the senses.

Chef Jason Atherton, famed for his Michelin-starred restaurants, is hosting a six-hands dinner. at his acclaimed eatery, Row on 45. Joining him are Chef Mohamad Orfali of Orfali Bros and Chef Grégoire Berger of Ossiano.

Taking place for one night only — on Monday, 1 July — this exclusive event will feature a bespoke 17-course menu. In the heart of the kitchen, 22 lucky guests will have the opportunity to engage with the chefs as they create and serve their masterpieces.

The six-hands dinner will be unveiled in three acts. Diners will be hosted at the Champagne Lounge with a glass of sparkling wine and the first three appetisers. They will then be escorted to the main dining room, where each course will be served by a different chef. 

Chef Atherton will showcase nine dishes, whereas Chef Berger and Chef Orfali will each present four courses. As the chefs present their dishes, they’ll share their personal insights and anecdotes relating to the creation of each specific masterpiece.

Staying true to the exclusive concept of Row on 45, the full menu details will be revealed on the evening itself. But expect the likes of Blue Lobster and Artichoke, Koji Grilled Eggplant and Bafun Uni with Norwegian Langoustine Custard and Hokkaido Scallop.
