The two Michelin-starred restaurant is back with another four-hands dinner.

Considering team FACT hailed Trèsind Studio as ‘Restaurant of the Year’ at the FACT Dining Awards Dubai 2021, it’s evident that we’re big fans of Chef Himanshu Saini’s culinary prowess. Now, the young tastemaker is gearing up to join forces with Chef Antonio Iacoviello. for an exciting dining event on 2 and 3 August 2024. But who is Antonio? And what makes this series of intimate collaborative dinners worth the wait?

Chef Antonio Iacoviello is a dynamic force in the kitchen at Gucci Osteria Tokyo. Inspired by his mentor Massimo Bottura, Antonio offers a unique take on Italian cuisine, creating dishes that bridge the gap between Italian tradition and Japanese seasonality. Think “A Parmigiana that Wants to Become a Ramen,” a playful name hinting at the fusion of Italian eggplant Parmesan with Japanese ramen elements.

Trèsind Studio is famed for its modern Indian dishes, which are a thing of beauty. Chef Himanshu Saini is behind the contemporary, fine-dining Indian menu. The everyday tasting menu includes a generous sixteen courses, which is just as fancy for vegetarians as it is for meat-eaters.

Trèsind Studio is one of Dubai’s most critically acclaimed restaurants and has been awarded two Michelin stars. The restaurant was also recently ranked number thirteen on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2024 and number two on the MENA 50 Best Restaurants list in 2024.

Previous collaborations at Trèsind Studio have been with Mexican chef Jorge Vallejo, Indian chef Prateek Sadhu, Belgian chef Christophe Hardiquest and German chefs Mathias and Thomas Suhrinf.

Trèsind Studio’s collaboration takes place on 2 and 3 August, with seatings taking place at 6pm and 9pm. The dinner costs AED 1,095 per person.

We’re expecting this to be a hot dinner, so book early.
