Two Birds, One Stone brings Australian cuisine and culture to Dubai

Located in Sheraton Grand Dubai, it includes a restaurant, bar and pool.

Australian hospitality is making its way to the UAE with the opening of Two Birds, One Stone at Sheraton Grand Dubai. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the rooftop destination will offer a chilled yet classy experience with a restaurant, bar, pool and Insta-worthy views of the city. The opening date has not yet been confirmed, but here’s what we do know.

Two Birds, One Stone draws inspiration from Australia’s culinary scene and culture. The venue aims to cater to everyone, from in-house hotel guests to Dubai residents. By day, it will be a place for a leisurely breakfast and lunch, and by night, it will be a hip hangout. The décor includes soft beiges and browns, which are punctuated by the light blue water and tables.

The menu draws inspiration from Sydney’s cosmopolitan dining scene. The chefs pride themselves on using locally sourced ingredients, and creating dishes with simple flavours.
