Australian hospitality is making its way to the UAE with the opening of Two Birds, One Stone at Sheraton Grand Dubai. Located on the 54th floor of the property, this rooftop destination is now open, offering a chilled yet classy experience with a restaurant, bar, pool and Insta-worthy views of the city.

Two Birds, One Stone draws inspiration from Australia’s culinary scene and culture. The venue aims to cater to everyone, from in-house hotel guests to Dubai residents. By day, it will be a place for a leisurely breakfast and lunch, and by night, it will be a hip hangout. The décor includes soft beiges and browns, which are punctuated by the light blue water and tables.

Guests can take their pick from breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus bar bites and poolside dining. A sheesha lounge in the corner also allows for a relaxed hang out spot with friends.

At the heart of the venue is the restaurant, which will showcase modern Australian food. The menu draws inspiration from Sydney’s cosmopolitan dining scene. The chefs pride themselves on using locally sourced ingredients, and creating dishes with simple flavours. Expect the likes of Beef Kofta, Chargrilled Kingfish, and a selection of steaks to indulge in.
