Incidentally, both of the participating restaurants were big winners at the FACT Dining Awards Dubai. Chez Wam was awarded the ‘best – newcomer fine dining’ while TERO picked up the accolade for ‘favourite – newcomer fine dining.’ Chef Reif was also named FACT’s first and only Chef of the Year.
