Prices for this property are expected to start at AED 11,000 per night.
Dubai is about to add another gem to its crown of luxury hospitality. The ultra-luxury hotel group Aman is set to debut in the UAE with the launch of Aman Dubai in 2027.
Nestled on Jumeirah Beach, this all-suite boutique resort will blend contemporary design with Arabian hospitality. Drawing inspiration from the UAE landscape, this property will boast desert-toned hues and natural materials, creating a harmonious fusion of luxury and authenticity — think shades of sandy beige, subtle golds and a pop of colour for extra charm. The property will be designed as a vertical resort to protect the natural surroundings.
Aman Dubai is poised to become the most expensive hotel in the UAE. With a focus on quality, every aspect of the property will exude luxury, from the meticulously designed suites boasting breathtaking views of the ocean and the city — or both — to the private pools and lush greenery.
Aman Dubai is not just going to be about lavish accommodation. At the heart of this property will lie a garden and parkland, similar to the botanical gardens at Aman Beverly Hills in Los Angeles. This will be coupled with a 300-metre private beach and a lavish Aman Spa.
Aman Dubai is also set to introduce the Aman Club, an exclusive members-only space. The club will offer access to a plethora of amenities, including villas, spa facilities, restaurants, meeting rooms, and a cinema.
While the room count and rates remain under wraps, it’s safe to assume that guests should be prepared to splurge. Prices are likely to rival its sister property, Aman New York, where rooms command a staggering $3,200 per night, that’s nearly AED 11,000. Currently, the likes of Atlantis The Royal, Bulgari Resort Dubai and Burj Al Arab average around AED 4,000 per night.
For those who wish to make Dubai their permanent playground, Aman Dubai offers a limited number of branded residences designed with sophistication, elegance and refined living in mind.
Aman is also heading to Saudi Arabia. Aman AlUla is set to grace the Kingdom’s historical region, with an undisclosed opening date. There’s also Aman Wadi Safar, a 78-room desert resort near Riyadh, which is slated for a 2027 opening, mounting anticipation to see if Saudi Arabia or the UAE will host the first Aman hotel in the Middle East.
Janu Dubai and Janu Diriyah – Aman’s sibling brand – are also in the pipeline, promising further indulgence for luxury-seeking travellers.
