The resort’s design, created in collaboration with internationally renowned architecture and design firm Gensler, captures the natural beauty of Ras Al Khaimah while embodying the distinctive character of Nikki Beach. Spanning 33,580 square meters, the design features organic forms and soft textures inspired by the fluidity of the surrounding landscape, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces.
Drawing from Ras Al Khaimah’s coastal and maritime heritage, the resort incorporates natural materials such as sand-hued walls and earthy textures, along with subtle nautical elements that create a deep connection to the emirate’s cultural traditions.
The resort will feature 156 luxuriously appointed rooms, junior and executive suites, and exclusive sky villas. Each unit will offer breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and Ras Al Khaimah’s dramatic mountain landscapes. The sky villas, complete with expansive terraces and private plunge pools, promise an unparalleled level of privacy and exclusivity, offering 270-degree panoramic views of the surrounding bay and sea.
Designed to provide a holistic lifestyle experience, the resort will feature five signature dining venues, a cutting-edge fitness centre with a lap pool, a luxurious Nikki Spa, and multiple leisure pools.
