Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa finds a spot in Ras Al Khaimah

This new addition to the Northern Emirate heralds Hilton to new heights.

Ras Al Khaimah boasts tons of lavish properties and continues to be a popular destination for UAE residents looking for a quick getaway. Now, Marjan Island is set to add another illustrious resort to its portfolio with the arrival of Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa.

Opening in late 2026, Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa will be located only 20 minutes away from the Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. It will find an address on Marjan Island along Ras Al Khaimah’s serene coastline, offering views of the majestic Hajar mountains and the tranquil waters of the Arabian Gulf.

Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa will feature 350 keys, including rooms and suites. A total of six restaurants and bars are expected to open at the property. Beyond food and accommodation, Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa will offer a range of amenities. These will include a fitness club, tennis courts, a 360-degree sky pool, a kids pool, a kids club and a playground. Of course, a spa and wellness centre will be the highlight of the resort, promising a truly zen escape. Other facilities consist of an executive lounge, four meeting rooms, and a ballroom that can accommodate up to 300 guests.

This addition will expand Hilton’s portfolio in the Middle East. It’ll also mark the fourth Hilton property to open in Ras Al Khaimah after DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island and Waldorf Astoria Ras al Khaimah.

Ras Al Khaimah is expected to welcome over 3.8 million visitors by 2027, and hotels are being built to accommodate the influx of guests. Marjan Island will soon be home to Nikki Beach Ras Al Khaimah and Wynn Al Marjan Island.
