Dubai is home to ambitious megaprojects and headline-hitting hotels. Now, it is set to welcome the luxury hotel, Corinthia Dubai, which is set to break a world record. Set to stand at more than 500 meters, the development is one of the world’s tallest buildings and will be home to the world’s highest outdoor sky pool.
Corinthia Hotels and Dubai General Properties have teamed up to create a ground-breaking development. This marks the expansion of the Corinthia brand in the UAE. In 1968, the brand was founded in Malta, and now has hotels across the world in Brussels, London and New York. Plus, hotels will open soon in Doha, Riyadh, Rome, and, of course, Dubai.
Corinthia Dubai aims to bring a touch of the Mediterranean to Dubai. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, it will transform the city’s skyline with its innovative design. The building will feature a two-tower structure and a cantilevered sky lobby, extending 200 meters above ground. The centrepiece will be the world’s highest outdoor sky pool, which will be more than 500 meters above the ground.
Corinthia Dubai will boast five-star amenities, including a wellness centre, spa, pools, gym, and restaurants with views of the city. Plus, it will be home to branded serviced apartments and penthouses with views.
