Kempinski Floating Palace in Dubai boasts 156 rooms and suites. The highlight of the hotel is the floating villas, which are strategically positioned for guests to sail between the hotel and the surrounding area. The hotel will be surrounded by 48 luxury mobile villas.

The marine construction group, El Bahrawy Group, has unveiled the first floating and mobile villa. Named Neptune, the villa brings together luxury living and sustainability. The villas are available in two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations. 

The Neptune villa spans two floors and 6,300 square feet per level. The ground floor includes a living room, open plan dining area, kitchen, guest restroom, crew chamber, service room, cockpit, outdoor seating space, and platform for launching jet skis.

The upper level includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooftop includes an infinity pool, outdoor seating, and a barbecue area. Plus, the villa has the ability to cruise at six to eight knots per hour.
