This IHG Vignette Collection hotel will boast 150 keys on Dubai’s World Islands.
Are you in search of an island escape? The Heart of Europe has partnered with IHG Vignette Collection Hotel to bring a new luxury destination to Dubai. Get ready to be enchanted by Marbella Resort Hotel as it welcomes guests in January 2026.
The Marbella Resort Hotel will be nestled within The Heart of Europe on the World Islands. Once completed, it will feature 150 rooms overlooking the Arabian Gulf. You will have several options to choose from for your accommodation, featuring sea-facing suites, chalets, or cabanas overlooking the snow plaza or the famous raining street. The tourist attraction known for its year-round rain will be extended to 1km to fully encircle the new resort.
The Marbella Resort Hotel will boast a seamless fusion of exclusivity with community and locality, offering a unique Andalusian-inspired design with contemporary architecture. Imagine tranquil beaches, climate-controlled streets, underwater living experiences, and a coral institute dedicated to marine ecosystem preservation, featuring over 30 different types of fish and over nine species of coral reefs.
The developers have announced that the resort will be among the first in the world to feature private coral reefs for its guests. Visitors can enjoy snorkelling and diving among the reefs which are expected to attract various marine species, including angelfish, anemonefish, lionfish, and green turtles, as part of the broader coral reef master plan for The Heart of Europe.
Other amenities at the property include gardens for daily meditation, sunken courtyards, citrus and olive groves and the Apres Ski bar bringing the Andalusian charm to Dubai.
Beyond accommodation and amenities, The Marbella Resort Hotel will house six dining destinations. Descanso, the signature restaurant, will offer European cuisine with cooking stations and live entertainment. Casa Bougainville promises flavourful tapas, and The Citrus Gem will serve light bites, pastries, and authentic Spanish coffee.
Arenda Dorada will offer bites around the pool and the Challet Sierra has got deletables to munch on after your ski experience. But the highlight of the dining concepts will be the Carmen Amaya Bodega bar, named after the famous Spanish Flamenco dancer.
Each IHG Vignette Collection has its own captivating story and unique personality, yet they’re all united by a common vision. It’s all about keeping that unique charm while tapping into IHG’s knack for luxurious living and style.
Furthermore, The Heart of Europe goes beyond offering luxury and innovation. It has already opened its French Riviera-inspired adults-only five-star party hotel – the voco Monaco Dubai.
So mark your calendars for January 2026, when Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection The World Islands Dubai, welcomes travellers from around the world. Get ready to be a part of a unique destination that combines luxury, innovation, and a deep commitment to the environment. You’ll find us soaking up the sun there.
