This marks the hospitality giant’s second property to open in 2025.

The UAE’s hospitality scene is booming, with new ones popping up left, right and centre. The likes of Delano Dubai, One&Only One Za’abeel and The Lana – Dorchester Collection have already wowed crowds, and now yet another hotel giant is gearing up to make its mark. Get ready to welcome Six Senses to Dubai, with only one but two properties.

Six Senses is finally making its long-awaited debut in the UAE. While Six Senses The Palm, Dubai, scheduled to open on Palm Jumeirah has already been announced, the emirate is going to have yet another property by the hotel brand called Six Senses Dubai Marina. Both properties are slated to open in 2025 with the Dubai Marina outpost welcoming guests in the second half of the year.

Six Senses Dubai Marina

Six Senses Dubai Marina will find a sweet spot between the sand and the sea. Featuring a hotel and residences, this property — like all others by the brand — will focus on wellness, sustainability and the spirit of community living. In fact, Six Senses Dubai Marina Residences will be the world’s tallest residential tower, featuring 122-storeys.

With its popular Six Senses Spa, housing a longevity centre, gym, cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen chambers, crystal sound healing rooms, and amenities for hydrotherapy amenities, guests at Six Senses Dubai Marina are in for a zen escape within this bustling locality. The highlight, however, is the 25-metre pool on the SkyDeck that’s sure to become the go-to spot for lounging and even celebrations. Expect to witness New Year’s Eve and UAE National Day fireworks from this vantage point.

While these properties will mark Six Senses’ debut in the UAE, it’s not a new name within the Middle East. The brand already operates in Oman with Six Senses Zighy Bay and has also opened in Saudi Arabia’s popular Red Sea destination with Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea.
