The Spanish hospitality brand expands in Ras Al Khaimah. 

The UAE is home to world-class hotels, from architectural gems to sprawling resorts. Now, a new luxury hotel is set to open on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. Created by the UAE’s Almal Real Estate Development, the project has attracted $100 million in investments. The hotel will be run by a Spanish hotel operator, Ushuaïa Unexpected Hotels and Residences.

Ushuaïa Unexpected Hotels and Residences has more than 50 years of hospitality experience and manages 40 hotels in seven countries. Al Marjan Island’s will include two properties: The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel and The Unexpected Al Marjan Residencies.

The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel and Residences will be home to more than 422 guestrooms and apartments. Each room and residence will boast uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf. The facilities will include a beach club, bars, restaurants and infinity pools.
