In Italian, fuoco means fire. Fuoco in Dubai’s food menu offers small plates, which are great for sharing. The dishes span meat, raw fish and vegetables. Dishes include Beef Short Ribs with Sunchokes Puree and Ribeye with Asparagus, Salmon with Avocado, Seared Robata Grilled Steak and Tuna Carpaccio. Desserts include Banana Caramel, Chocolate Mousse and Vanilla Ice Cream.

Fuoco prides itself on using fresh, seasonal ingredients. On weekends, there are handwritten specials from the chef. The dishes feature fresh delicacies, ranging from oysters to tomahawk steaks, along with seasonal selections sourced from the market that day.

Fuoco in Dubai’s drink menu spans classic cocktails and wines. Cocktails include a Clear Paloma with tequila; Green Spritz with sparkling wine and Bianco vermouth; Porto Negroni with gin; and Shakeratto with Aperol. Mocktails range from a Bellini to a Gimlet. Plus, there are a range of gins, rums, vodka and whiskey.

There is elegant marble, high frescoed ceilings and candles that create a cosy vibe.
