Located in DIFC, this is (almost) your passport to Italy, India and Japan.

Would you like to visit bars from around the world? At the newly opened Globar in Dubai, you can. As the name suggests, the bar draws its inspiration from around the globe. Each month, the theme changes and focuses on drinks as well as dishes from a different country. Located in DIFC, here’s what you need to know about the exciting experience.

Dubai is no stranger to creative concepts, but Globar is certainly a one-of-a-kind creation. Visitors will want to return again, as each month, the experience will be different. The current line-up includes Japan for January, Italy for February and India for March, and Paris for April.

Globar in Dubai

The Japanese experience serves sushi, ramen and a sake tasting event. The Italian experience serves pizza, pasta and fine wines. The Indian experience showcases the flavours from the country, and will include a Holi-inspired event that celebrates the festival of colours. The Parisian experience will serve food from pretty pastries to coq au vin, and is inspired by the drama and dazzle of the Moulin Rouge.

If you’re thinking about travel, Globar in Dubai will get you daydreaming about destinations. The venue uses state-of-the-art technology and brings to life the countries. Projections of the world’s most famous sights, from the Colosseum to the Eiffel Tower, will make you feel like you’re in the cities.

Globar in Dubai’s happy hour runs daily from 5pm to 7pm. The venue is open from Sunday to Thursday from 5pm to midnight, and from Friday to Saturday from 5pm to late.
